It was an incredible honor to be the keynote speaker at the international conference on "Industry & Innovation - Building Resilient Leadership for Inclusive & Sustainable Development" on 12/02/2025 at the prestigious St. Aloysius (Deemed to be) University, Mangalore, India.
This international conference brought together distinguished academicians, industry leaders, and researchers under one roof to discuss strategies for fostering innovation, resilience in leadership, and sustainable development.
CEO & Founder of ZillionPathways, Mr. Ronald Olivera, while addressing the keen students, said, “The keys to your own future are with you. The keys to making this prosperous nation even more prosperous are also with you. The keys to making this beautiful world a better place to live in are also with you.”
In his keynote speech, Mr. Olivera highlighted the significance of vision, grit, and continuous learning in both personal and professional life. He emphasized that to succeed in today’s competitive world, one must possess fluency in language (especially English, as it is the business language in the majority of countries) and excellent communication skills in addition to job-related expertise.
He also stressed the importance of learning from the lives of great leaders like Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Ratan Tata, and Kumar Mangalam Birla. With determination and consistency, the youth of today have the potential to become the great leaders of India and the world tomorrow.
