On 13th November 2025, four teams from Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, CM SOE Churchu, Hazaribagh participated in the District Level Science Vigyan Pradarshani held at DIET (District Institute of Education and Training), Hazaribagh. Our students confidently presented innovative scientific models and made the school proud.

🌞 Summer Camp 2025 Highlights 🌞
📍 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya CM SOE, Churchu, Hazaribagh
📅 16th June to 19th June 2025

We successfully conducted a vibrant and enriching Summer Camp, where our students actively engaged in hands-on STEM activities and explored the world of innovation through the ATL lab. 🚀

✨ Highlights of the Camp:
🔹 Students participated enthusiastically in a fun “match-the-name” activity to identify and arrange various ATL components.
🔹 They learned about basic electrical concepts like Series and Parallel Circuits through interactive practical models.
🔹 A special session on RFID-based Security Systems gave them real-time exposure to identification and access control technologies.

🌟 Proud Moment for Our Team! 🏆 🌟

We are delighted to share that our Smart Classroom project has secured 2nd Prize 🥈 at the District-Level Science Fair Competition! 🎉🏅

A huge congratulations to our talented students Annu, Shalini, and Archana Kumari from Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya CM SOE Churchu for their outstanding achievement! Their dedication and innovation have been recognized with certificates 📜 and a cash prize of ₹3000 💰.

The Smart Classroom project features:
✅ RFID-based attendance & automatic door opening 🚪
✅ Automatic LED lighting using LDR 💡
✅ Temperature-controlled DC fans 🌡

We were honored to have DEO Officer Pravin Kumar as the chief guest, who presented the prize, certificates, and cash award to our students. 🙌🎖

As part of ATL calendar activities, the school conducted a Mega Tinkering activity event.

Some of the activities conducted in the event are:-
1. Soil moisture sensor.
2. Using microcontroller Arduino UNO.
3. Arduino Programming.
4. Measuring the soil moisture level for the agricultural field.
