ARSSM organized 'CAREER GUIDANCE SEMINARS' for class 12th students at various schools in Mandsaur and nearby places. The main aim of these seminars was to spread awareness among students for various career paths available after 12th and to encourage themselves to know their interests, abilities, aptitudes & opportunities in a better way. We identified and motivated the students from weaker sections of society. These seminars ended with a healthy & intellectual discussion over the proper choice of courses from various alternatives available.
