Abhilashi University Begins 15-Day Orientation Programme for Health Sciences Students
The School of Health Sciences, Abhilashi University has commenced a 15-day Orientation Programme for newly admitted students from August 18, 2026, aimed at familiarising them with the academic environment, professional expectations, career opportunities, institutional values and healthcare disciplines.
The programme covers five departments: BMLS, BAOTT, BMRIT, BPT and MPHW, coordinated by Dr. Aakriti Guleria (BMLS, BAOTT & BMRIT), Dr. Archna (BPT) and Mrs. Sunita Bhalla (MPHW).
The inaugural session featured an inspiring address by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. H. K. Chaudhary, who encouraged students to pursue their education with dedication, discipline, professional ethics and a commitment to serving society.
Prof. D. K. Mishra, Dean, Ayurveda and Health Sciences, highlighted the academic and professional opportunities available to students and encouraged them to make the most of their University experience.
Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. R. K. Abhilashi and Hon’ble Pro Chancellor Dr. L. K. Abhilashi extended their best wishes and reaffirmed the University's commitment to quality education and developing skilled, ethical and responsible healthcare professionals.
Registrar Dr. Kapil Kapoor, Deans, faculty members, staff and students, were also present.
The orientation will include academic, professional and interactive sessions covering courses, laboratories, clinical exposure, career pathways, professional responsibilities and student support facilities.
