She is a woman who believes in dreaming big and then leaving no stone unturned to accomplish it. Her dream to provide global quality education to children realized with Takshila International School.
A woman who started her career as a Teacher in Year 1992.In her illustrious carrier spanning for more than two decades, she worked at various reputed schools spread across India. She is a passionate about her work and has dedicated her heart, soul & energy for educating children. A Computer graduate, an Arts graduate and a bachelor of Education by qualification, a natural leader, a keen singer and a dancer all packed into one. A multi- faceted personality, Ms. Kashyap, plays multiple roles. She is not only the President of Takshila Educational Society, but also leads the key operations of Takshila International School and Kido King School Mandi.
In addition she was appointed as a management Consultant by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi for setting up and managing Primary School at IIT Kamand Campus Mandi from May 2014 to March 2017.
She is a leader who understands that the only constant in this world is change, hence encourages the team around her to experiment and evaluate new possibilities and avenues for the development of Takshila student community.

She is a passionate educationist with over 10 years of rich experience in teaching. She began her career as English teacher and now designated as headmistress. She has been actively involved in curriculum development. she has attended various seminars and received training in quality in education. She is the vibrance of energy and source of motivation for children.

Education is an evolutionary process and many educationists, philosophers, academician have contributed to the development of education with their innovative ideas and rich thought process . our preschooler’s are fortunate to have the able guidance of an experienced, dedicated and committed educationist Mrs Nutan kshyap . Apart from athletics (national level) she has been working as an educator for the last many decades.
