Monastic Research Centers Consortium (MRCC) Annual Workshop–II was organized and hosted by Dzongsar Institute from March 03–07, 2026.
The five-day workshop brought together researchers, scholars, and participants from Dzongsar Buddhist Research Center, Namdrolling Nyingma Research Center, Shenchen Division, Gangteng Research Center, Shungseb Nyingma Research Center, and Palyul Choekhorling Shedra. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in a series of research presentations, discussions, and collaborative exchanges.
In total, more than 30 research papers were presented in the presence of Prof. Dorji Wangchuk and Dr. Orna Almogi, along with their assistants. In addition, the two supervisors delivered special talks for researchers and selected scholars at the Dzongsar Shedra Library, hosted by the Dzongsar Buddhist Research Center.
The workshop served as an important platform for sharing research, exchanging scholarly perspectives, and strengthening academic collaboration among monastic research centers.
