Faculty Development & Capacity Building Programme 2026

A successful One-Day Faculty Development and Capacity Building Programme was organized in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The programme featured a variety of innovative pedagogical activities, interactive sessions, subject-specific teaching strategies, communication skills, personality development, stress management techniques, and engaging learning practices.
The event was conducted under the able guidance and leadership of Principal Dr. Deepti, whose vision and encouragement inspired all participants to enhance their professional competencies and teaching effectiveness.
