📚 Experiential Learning in Retail Management | B.Voc. Retail Management

Students of 5th Semester, B.Voc. Retail Management, Vallabh Govt. College Mandi (H.P.) actively participated in a Role Play on Retail Store Audit as part of their practical and skill-based learning.

Through this activity, students practically explored the role of a Store Manager, Administrator and Sales Associate during a store audit, focusing on areas such as: ✅ Store operations and compliance
✅ Inventory and record verification
✅ Customer service standards
✅ Store presentation and housekeeping
✅ Identification of operational gaps
✅ Corrective actions and improvement

Such role plays and experiential learning activities help students develop communication, teamwork, observation, problem-solving and managerial skills—bridging the gap between classroom concepts and real-world retail operations.
