Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Banking Operations team in Chennai. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to back-office operations supporting core banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day banking operations including account maintenance, fund transfers, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to turnaround times.
• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Generate reports and provide operational support for audits and internal reviews.
• Communicate with clients or branches as required for clarification or follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in banking operations or financial services (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of banking processes and financial products is a plus.

🚨DELHIITES, Get Ready to Pay 100% extra PROPERTY TAX in 2025 🚨

💸 While paying my property tax this year, I stumbled upon a shocking addition:
➡️ Property Tax: ₹1,329
➡️ Extra Charges: ₹1,000
Almost 75% extra—with ZERO transparency on what it’s for. 😠

The justification? A vague reference to Notification No. DL-33002/99 dated 15/01/2018. A quick search shows the original notification is actually from November 2011—and there's no direct mention of these charges (at least i could not find)!

If yes—where’s the breakdown, where’s the accountability?

📢 It’s time for answers—not assumptions.
Will the Delhi Government clarify?
Will the media and opposition ask these questions in the public interest?

👉 What are these mysterious charges?
👉 Who approved them?
👉 Why was this increase implemented quietly, without a clear notification?
