DAV Public School, Dhuri Road, Malerkotla – A School of Excellence organized a Tree Plantation Drive to promote environmental awareness and sustainability.

Around 20 medicinal and fruit-bearing saplings including Harsingar (Parijat), Moringa, Banana, Guava, Hibiscus, and Insulin Plant, were planted by students and staff in the school campus.

The school sincerely thanks Mr. Ashok Singla, M.D.Vishav Shakti Pipes for generously donating the saplings and supporting this green initiative.

🌸 Mother’s Day Celebration at DAV Public School, Dhuri Road, Malerkotla 🌸
9th May, 2026 | A Day Full of Love, Gratitude & Learning
DAV Public School, Dhuri Road, Malerkotla, celebrated Mother’s Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The celebration was thoughtfully aligned with the working PTM, making the occasion even more meaningful for both students and parents.
Students attended the PTM with their parents, neatly dressed in proper school uniform. As a heartfelt gesture, they prepared beautiful handmade cards to express gratitude for their mothers’ love, care, and sacrifices. 💌 Teachers also guided students on good manners, etiquette, and the importance of respectful behaviour in daily life.
The happiness on the faces of both parents and students was truly heartwarming. Parents appreciated the school’s efforts in providing quality education along with strong values.
We sincerely thank all the parents for their presence and support in making this celebration special. At DAV, we believe that education goes beyond academics—it is about nurturing values and strengthening family bonds.

With the divine blessings of the Almighty, the Inaugural Ceremony of DAV Public School (A School of Excellence), Dhuri Road, Malerkotla, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion on April 15, 2026, under the able guidance of Mr. Vivek Tiwari, Manager of the School.
The auspicious occasion commenced with the sacred Sukhmani Sahib Path, conducted within the school campus to mark a spiritually uplifting beginning of the new academic session. The serene environment filled with devotion set a positive and peaceful tone for the journey ahead.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of Mr. Ranveer Singh Saini, Principal of DAV Malerkotla, along with enthusiastic participation from students and their parents, making the occasion even more memorable.
The students were warmly welcomed by Ms. Renu, Teacher Incharge, who greeted them with heartfelt warmth and presented delightful welcome gifts, adding joy and excitement to the young learners.
To commemorate this special day and promote environmental responsibility, a tree plantation drive was also organized within the school premises, symbolizing growth, prosperity, and a greener future.
The programme concluded on a blissful note with the distribution of Prashad, spreading a sense of unity, gratitude, and positivity among all present.
