🔴During the days of Run/Walk participants have to keep track of cumulative distance covered.
🔴Run/Walk a route of your choice at time that suits you.
🔴Run/Walk for ( 3,5,7) Kms. Break-up your Runs/Walk.
🔴Run/Walk your own race at your own pace.
🔴Track your Kms by using any tracking app or GPS Watch.
🔴Preferably use GOOGLE FIT or STRAVA TRACKER App to track your distance.
🔴Upload Screenshot / Image of distance covered in Kms. on below link

*E- certificate* will be awarded based on the daily steps atleast *5000* steps per day

Good News;

A bike made by the MMANTC (Mansoora) engineering students

It's a mini bike which can be operated through petrol as well as LPG gas. Chassis of the bike is designed by final year students of Mansoora college. Scooty engine is used as power plant. It's a two seater bike. Weight of bike is approximately 70 kg. Average on petrol is 65 km. And by using gas average is 110 km

Bike having super stability in moped engine.

Bike having new and simple chasis design.

Dr. Muhammad Ramzan HOD mechanical and vice principal
Dr. A. K. Kuraishi principal MMANTC guided and motivated the students for the same project.
