We will decide a suitable date for meeting in the month of May at Malbazar in Caesar School premise, we will finalize that day in a months time. In that meeting we will finalise the details about the office bearers of the alumni association, rules and regulation , memorandum etc. The office bearers then will take up the responsibility of conducting the Re Union. This meeting in May itself, will be a prototype reunion. Arijit Biswas, can you please check, who all around around Malbazar and can plan an immediate meeting, decide on the tentative date to call us all out-station Alumni.
