മറ്റൊരു വലിയ മാറ്റത്തിനു കരണമാവാൻ നമുക്ക്‌ സാധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ജില്ലയിൽ ആദ്യമായി ഹർത്താൽ ദിനത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ച ചുരുക്കം ചില സ്കൂളുകളിലൊന്നായി നമ്മുടെ സ്ഥാപനം. 90% ലധികം രക്ഷിതാക്കളും ഈ ശ്രമത്തിനു പിന്തുണയേകി. ഏവർക്കും ഒരായിരം നന്ദി. ഇത്‌ അരുടെയും വിശ്വാസങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെയൊ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിനെതിരായൊ അല്ല. നാടിന്റെ വികസനത്തിന്റെയും പുരോഗമന ചിന്തകൾക്കും തടസ്സമാകുന്ന ഒരു മഹാരോഗത്തിനെതിരെ ചെറുത്ത്‌ നിൽക്കാനുള്ള എളിയ ശ്രമം.
