പ്രിയ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളെ സാദര നമസ്കാരം🙏
*കൊറോണാ* വ്യാപനത്തെപ്പറ്റി ജാഗ്രത പുലർത്തുന്ന ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ സ്വന്തം ആരോഗ്യത്തേയും അതുവഴി കുടുംബത്തിനേയും, സമാജത്തിനേയും പൂർണ്ണരോഗ്യത്തിലെത്തിക്കാൻ ദിവസേന രാവിലെ 5 മണിക്കും 8 മണിക്കും ഇടയിൽ 20 മിനുറ്റ് സമയം *സൂര്യനമസ്കാരം, ആസനം, പ്രാണായാമം* എന്നിവ ദിവസവും ചെയ്യാന്നുണ്ട്‌.

വിദ്യാ ഭാരതി വിദ്യാ ഭവനിലെ, നിലവിലെ 1 Std മുതൽ 6 Std വരെയുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കൊരു യോഗ യെ കുറിച്ചു പഠിക്കാനും, അതു ജീവിതത്തിലെ നിഷ്ഠ ആക്കിമാറ്റാനും നമ്മൾ ഓരോരുത്തർക്കും കഴിയണം. അതോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ നമ്മുടെ സ്കൂളിലെ ശിശുവാടിലെ കുട്ടികളെ കുറിച്ചു പറയാതെ വയ്യാ അവരെ കൊണ്ട് കഴിയുന്നത് പോലെ അവരും ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. അതുപോലെ തന്നെ നമ്മുടെ രക്ഷകർത്താക്കളും യോഗാ പ്രോഗ്രാം ~ ൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുകയും അവരെയും ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ അഭിനന്ദിക്കുന്നു.
