📱 Har baar “Mujhe bore ho raha hai” ka solution mobile nahi hona chahiye.

Jab children ko boredom feel hota hai, hum often unke haath mein phone de dete hain. Dheere-dheere screen unka default entertainment ban jaata hai, aur outdoor play, creativity, interaction aur independent play kam hone lagte hain.

Instead of immediately offering a screen, encourage:
✨ Outdoor play
✨ Drawing, puzzles or pretend play
✨ Helping with small household activities
✨ Talking and playing together
✨ Simply letting them experience a little boredom

Boredom bhi important hai it gives children a chance to think, explore, create and learn how to engage themselves. 🌱

Screen time ko completely remove karna zaroori nahi, but healthy boundaries and balance definitely matter.

Too much screen time doesn’t always look like “mobile addiction.” Sometimes, it slowly starts affecting your child’s sleep, play, behaviour, communication and everyday routine. 📱🧩

Watch for signs like:
• Getting very upset when the phone is taken away
• Choosing screens over toys or outdoor play
• Disturbed sleep routine
• Getting bored easily without a screen
• Reduced talking, playing and interaction with others

The goal doesn’t always have to be zero screen time. The goal is to build healthy and balanced screen habits while encouraging movement, play, communication and real-world interaction. 💛

If screen use is beginning to interfere with your child’s daily routine or development, consider speaking with a child development professional.

Child development is not only about learning, speaking, or academics. 💛

Teaching children kindness, empathy, and emotional awareness is equally important for their overall growth.

Instead of only asking, “Aaj kya padha?” try asking:
✨ “Aaj tumne kisi ki help ki?”
✨ “Aaj tumne kindness kaise show ki?”
✨ “Aaj kisi ki feelings notice ki?”

Small conversations like these can help children build stronger social and emotional skills. 🌱

Because raising a successful child is important, but raising a kind and emotionally aware human being matters too.

Are we raising children only to be successful, or are we also raising them to be kind human beings? 💛

Child development is not just about academics. It is also about building empathy, communication, emotional understanding, self-regulation and social skills.

Kindness can begin with small everyday actions like sharing toys, helping a friend, waiting for a turn, using gentle words or noticing when someone is upset.

And children learn these behaviours best by watching us. When parents model respect, talk about feelings and encourage empathy, kindness becomes a natural part of growing up.

At Dravyaa Child Development Centre, we believe emotional and social development matter just as much as academic growth. 🌱

Har aggression bad behaviour nahi hota. 💛

Kabhi-kabhi child irritation, restlessness ya aggression ke through yeh communicate kar raha hota hai ki uski body uncomfortable hai.

Autistic children mein joint hypermobility bhi dekhi ja sakti hai, jahan joints normal se zyada flexible hote hain. Is wajah se posture, balance, body awareness aur movement planning mein difficulty ho sakti hai.

Parents kuch signs notice kar sakte hain, jaise:

Baar-baar W-sitting
Awkward posture
Running, jumping ya stairs mein struggle
Jaldi tired ho jana
Sudden behaviour changes

Isliye behaviour ko sirf “attention-seeking” ya “bad behaviour” label karne se pehle uske peeche ka reason samajhna zaroori hai.

Child ko label karne se pehle proper developmental assessment zaroor karwaiye🌈

Har unusual behaviour “bad behaviour” nahi hota. 💛

Kuch children sounds, touch, movement aur everyday sensations ko differently process karte hain. Kabhi woh loud sounds se overwhelmed ho jaate hain, kabhi movement ya balance mein struggle karte hain aur kabhi certain textures ya touch uncomfortable lag sakte hain.

Isliye behaviour ko label karne se pehle uske peeche ka reason samajhna zaroori hai.

Agar sensory difficulties aapke child ki daily routine, learning ya activities ko affect kar rahi hain, proper developmental assessment helpful ho sakta hai.

Sensory issues sirf loud sounds se uncomfortable hone tak limited nahi hote. Har child sensory information ko differently process karta hai. 🧩

Kuch children loud sounds par ears cover karte hain ya clothing tags se uncomfortable hote hain. Kuch children balance, movement aur new physical activities mein struggle kar sakte hain. Kuch ko similar sounds, objects ya writing pressure ko accurately identify karna difficult lag sakta hai.

Yeh signs zidd ya bad behaviour nahi hote. Behaviour ko label karne ke bajaye child ki sensory needs aur triggers ko samajhne ki koshish kijiye.

Har child ke signs alag ho sakte hain. Concern hone par qualified child development specialist se professional guidance lein.

What looks like “zidd,” anger or bad behaviour may actually be a child trying to communicate discomfort. 💙

Some autistic children may:
🔹 Cover their ears around loud sounds
🔹 Avoid eye contact
🔹 Repeat certain movements
🔹 Refuse specific foods
🔹 Feel upset when their routine changes

These behaviours are not always attention-seeking. They may be caused by sensory overload, anxiety, difficulty expressing needs or an attempt to feel calm and regulated.
Daantne ya behaviour ko immediately stop karne se pehle, child ke trigger ko samajhne ki koshish kijiye.
Because behaviour is also a form of communication. 🌈

Behaviour is not always misbehaviour it can also be communication. 💙

Crying, covering the ears, avoiding eye contact or repeating movements may be an autistic child’s way of expressing discomfort, anxiety or sensory overload.

Loud sounds, bright lights, touch, crowds, certain textures or sudden routine changes can sometimes feel overwhelming. Repetitive movements such as hand flapping or rocking may help the child feel calm and regulated.

Before correcting the behaviour, pause and ask:

✨ Is the environment too noisy?
✨ Is the child tired, hungry or overwhelmed?
✨ Has their routine suddenly changed?

Understanding the trigger allows us to respond with patience, empathy and the right support.

Understand the trigger before correcting the behaviour.
