TEDxSMIT
An independently organized TEDx event. Radical Reframe
Mission:
With the passionate belief in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and, ultimately, the world, we want to build a clearinghouse of free knowledge from the most inspired thinkers and a community of curious souls that engage with ideas. With the intent of spreading thoughts, we proudly announce the 2nd edition of TEDxSMIT. Theme:
Many of us, young leaders and innovators, at a very pivotal stage of our lives, are over-burdened with our perception and perspective of the world. We become stubborn to accept the radically changing world because we love to be comfortable in our own nest of thoughts. The 2nd edition of TEDxSMIT will amplify ideas through speakers who will push our community to radically reframe our thought process and provide a new perspective and a clear perception of the present. So that, learning never stops, innovation breaks boundaries and mankind creates a better future. Speakers:
We invite bright minds to give talks that are idea-focused, and on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and provoke conversations that matter. To nominate a speaker, or to apply for being a speaker, kindly follow the link – TEDxSMIT Speaker Nomination - https://goo.gl/forms/dDrYoSZeKEAKMlVf2
Venue:
The beautifully landscaped campus of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology at the banks of the hustling Teesta River in the Himalayan region of India will host the event and will serve the occasion to inaugurate the newly constructed Hall in the campus. Logistics:
The speakers will be our most honoured guests of the event and the entire logistics required for a speaker is the responsibility of the organizing team. Regards,
TEDxSMIT Organizing Team.
