About College:

The District Beed in general and Taluka Majalgaonin particular of Marathwada region has been regarded educationally backward. Till 1970 there was no centre of Higher education in the entire taluka .The student used to move in search of Higher education to Aurangabad Or elsewhere .This was true for those who were capable to bear financial burdon.
The M.S.P. Mandal identified Majalgaon to be the centre for the noble cause of education. The successors of the founder Late Shri Vinayakrao Patil took the entire responsibility of imparting higher education. As a result in 1971 almost 35 year back , Majalgaon Arts,Science and Commerce was founded .
At present it has its own 25 acres of land with pleasent campus having seven building and other adequate infrastructural facilities including independent library building,spacious and well equiped laboratories,Administrative building,Botanical garden,play ground, girls hostel etc.
