Job Description:
Santosh Academy is offering an exciting 6-month internship opportunity for students passionate about communication, counseling, and sales. As a Telecaller/Tele Counselor Intern, you will be crucial in guiding prospective students, promoting our courses, and driving admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students and explain the courses and services Santosh Academy offers.
• Counsel students on suitable programs based on their educational background and career interests.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to ensure conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the database regularly.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Academy.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
Internship Details:
Salary: ₹6,000/- per month (fixed)
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 5 hours/day Sunday: 9 hours (Full day)
Monday: Holiday (weekly off Incentive: ₹1000 per admission Duration: 6 months
Certification: Certificate of Completion at the end of the internship.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
