Sun’s out & cast removed. Happy days

Hi. An update: I fell from my bike in the Netherlands on Monday, fracturing and dislocating my left wrist (unfortunately I’m left-handed). The local hospital there gave me a temporary cast and we came back early to the UK. Yesterday I had reset surgery (plate and pins). I’m afraid I’ll be out of action for a couple of months. Gutted to be missing classes, please check timetables. Hope to be back soon. x

A beautiful full Buck Moon this week. Enjoyed moon-based yoga on Thursday 12.30pm at Everyone Active Silksworth, & again tomorrow, Saturday 10.45 at David Lloyd Sunderland 🌕🌙x
