The Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Yuva verticals of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a session on "Financial Independence: Helping Women Through Entrepreneurship" at K.L.N College of Engineering on 12 March 2025.

This impactful event, led by Mr. Ponkumar, Chair - Climate Change, Yi Madurai, and Founder & CEO, Brand Automation reached 350 attendees. The session focused on empowering women through entrepreneurship, highlighting strategies for achieving financial independence and promoting economic growth.

Key discussions emphasized the importance of women's participation in the workforce, entrepreneurship opportunities, and resources available to support women-led businesses. The event also underscored the role of entrepreneurship in fostering personal and societal development, inspiring attendees to embrace their potential as leaders and change-makers.

The Entrepreneurship,Yuva and Climate Change vertical of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a session by Mr. Vigneshwaran Asokan - Co-Chair, Entrepreneurship, Yi Madurai and CEO, Greentech Recyclers on "Recycling and Industrial waste Management " at JC Residency, Madurai on 6 March 2025.

This session emphasized the environmental impact of waste disposal, the importance of employee safety in waste management processes, and the legal compliances industries must adhere to. By raising awareness about sustainable practices, the session encouraged industries to adopt responsible waste management strategies for a greener future.

The discussion covered the types of waste generated by industries and the innovative, cutting-edge technologies used to recycle them into useful products and provided valuable insights into the effective management of industrial waste.

As a part of 10th edition of VrYiksha - 1.0, the Learning and Yuva verticals of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a session on "The Power of GenZ" at Pioneer Meenakshi Arts College, Madurai, on 7 March 2025. This insightful session was led by Mrs. Sharmila Devi Pounraj, National Health Co-Chair of Yi.

The event impacted 157 students, focusing on the potential and influence of GenZ in shaping the future. Key discussions highlighted the role of GenZ in driving innovation, social change, and leadership. The session emphasized strategies for empowering young minds to address contemporary challenges and contribute positively to their communities. It also underscored the importance of health and wellness in supporting the growth and development of GenZ. Overall, the event inspired attendees to embrace their roles as change-makers and leaders in society.

The Learning and Yuva vertical of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a session on "Empowering Women Empowering Power" at S Vellaichammy Nadar College, Madurai on 8 March 2025. This session impacted 600 students.

Key discussions focused on the importance of women's empowerment in achieving gender equality and stimulating social and economic development. The session emphasized strategies for enhancing women's participation in decision-making, economic opportunities, and leadership roles. It also underscored the need for community-driven initiatives to challenge traditional gender norms and promote gender equality. The Learning and Thalir verticals of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a factory visit to Mainika Ice-cream Factory (Bombay Falooda), Madurai, on 10 March 2025.

This educational outing was attended by 95 students and 5 teachers from Vikaasa World School, Madurai. The visit aimed to provide students with hands-on insights into the ice cream manufacturing process, emphasizing the importance of quality control, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the food industry. Key highlights included interactive sessions with factory staff, where students learned about the production cycle, from ingredient selection to packaging.

Overall, the visit inspired students to explore careers in food technology and entrepreneurship while fostering a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship involved in creating popular desserts like Bombay Falooda.

The Membership Vertical of Yi Madurai Chapter organized an Membership Engagement event, "Wo-Holi and Women’s Day Celebration," at SM Gardens, Madurai on 9 March 2025.

This vibrant celebration combined the joy of Holi with the spirit of International Women's Day, emphasizing empowerment and unity. Key highlights included a colorful Holi celebration with organic colors, interactive games, and discussions on women's empowerment. The event also featured music, dance and a special focus on recognizing women's contributions in various fields. A notable part of the celebration was a ramp walk, where women were honored and celebrated for their achievements and contributions, further highlighting their strength and resilience.

It was an opportunity for members to come together, celebrate diversity, and promote inclusivity while enjoying the festive atmosphere of Holi. Overall, the event fostered a sense of community and inspired attendees to embrace their roles as change-makers in society.

The Learning vertical of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a session on "Beyond Legacy : A Journey Of Growth And Innovation " at JC Residency, Madurai on 7 March 2025. This session impacted 18 Members.

Emphasizing the importance of Innovation, Adaptability and Strategic Thinking, the speaker highlighted how entrepreneurs can build upon existing legacies while driving growth in evolving markets. Key discussions revolved around identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and leveraging technology for sustainable success. The session motivated attendees to embrace a forward-thinking mindset, cultivate leadership skills, and contribute to impactful developments in their respective fields.

The Membership of Yi Madurai Chapter organised a meeting with no agendas at 06 March 2025 which had impacted 18.

The Yi Members gathered for a friendly and engaging meeting aimed at strengthening bonds and fostering teamwork. The session provided a great opportunity for members to connect, share ideas, and collaborate in a relaxed environment. Through open discussions and interactive activities, the team built stronger relationships, enhancing trust and unity.

This gathering marked a step towards a more cohesive and effective committee, reinforcing the spirit of teamwork and collaboration.

The Entrepreneurship and Yuva vertical of Yi Madurai Chapter organized an Industrial visit to Parle Biscuit Company - Patwari Bakers Private Ltd, Kappalur, Madurai on 07 March 2025 by SVN College, Madurai. This industrial visit impacted 38 students.

Students visited the factory onsite and got to know about the internal and administrative process. The exposure to industry and its operations were observed by the students. The knowledge regarding material procurement and manufacturing processes were educated to the students.

The Entrepreneurship and Thalir vertical of Yi Madurai Chapter organized a Session on Kutty CEO on 07 March 2025 at the Vikaasa World School, Madurai. The program was facilitated by Mrs. Mathumitha R Dharmesh , Co-chair, Climate Change, Yi Madurai and Founder of ABC Bakes and this session impacted 95 Students.
Through this session students were educated towards the management and entrepreneurship skills . Their creativity were screened, interpreted and directed towards ideas. Activities were conducted to apply their knowledge proficiently in entrepreneurship. Students hadraised their doubts and question at the end of the sessions.
