Job Location: Chennai

Position: Full time

Job Profile: 1. Primary responsibilities :

a. Customer related:
· Adhering to the KPI, and understanding Quality & Auditing parameters

· Provide First Time Resolution [ FTR ] on all Calls

· Ensure Customer is satisfied on all Calls & they are given quick resolutions

· Escalate Long Pending Issues of Customers to supervisor / appropriate Desk

· High level of integrity

· Give Correct and Complete Resolution to Customers on all Calls to avoid Repeat Calls by Customers.

· Be Polite with all Customers

· Ensure Customers Account Information is not compromised

· Zero Fatal Error (FE)

b. People related :

· Mentor & coaches new members of the team based on requirement
· Understand the company policies and adhere to it diligently, basic professional standards and established procedures, policies before taking action and taking decisions.
· Assumes responsibility for work activities and coordinating efforts
· Interpersonal relationship at work with peers, supervisors and should not have any recorded instance of misconduct.

· Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms


c. Process related :

· Maintaining TAT

· Understanding and adhering to quality standards

· Acquiring knowledge and Skills of related area of the process

· Understands, knows and interprets different complex scenarios and is able to resolve all assigned tasks

· Update oneself to changes in product on a daily basis

· All KPI Targets should be met.

· Average Handling Time (AHT) target to meet as per process

1. Possess basic call center operations knowledge

3. Able to communicate fluently in all the three languages(Tamil, English, Kannada, Malayalam, & Hindi speaking)

8. Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well

'One Rupee' meal for the poor !!
500 kilometers from Chennai, in the
small town of Erode, is this
restaurant, a lifeline to the poorest
of the poor who come for treatment
at the Erode Government Hospital.
Shri AMV Homely Mess run by
Venkatraman serves lunch for a
token amount of one rupee to the
attendants of the unfortunate
patients admitted at the hospital.
Venkatraman, said, "One day a
woman from a Government hospital
came to buy idlis for Rs 10. Since
there were no idlis that day, she
went away disappointed. She didn't
have extra money to buy something
else to feed her ailing husband.
That's when I realized that there are
people who actually survive on only
Rs 10 a day. While other people
waste so much money in
unnecessary things. That's when I
decided that I should give food to
the needy for one rupee." Tokens
are distributed daily to about 30
poor people at the hospital. The
token holders then collect their
food packets from the restaurant in
the afternoon. Customer said,
"Venkatraman's Rs 1 lunch scheme
has helped a lot of needy people.
Nowhere else can we purchase
anything for Rs 1 a day."
Venkatraman simple scheme has fed
thousands of needy people..
