This summer, a Grade 9 student named Tejas from Hyderabad embarked on a unique educational adventure at a Biotechnology and Biomedical Summer Camp at SHRM Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd.
This camp provided him with a hands-on, immersive experience, sparking his interest in these cutting-edge fields and helping him develop a variety of new skills.

The offline Camp is designed to introduce young students to the fascinating world of biotechnology and biomedical sciences. The camp's curriculum includes practical experiments, and interactive sessions with experts, providing a comprehensive introduction to these rapidly evolving fields.

Hands-On Practical Experiences

During the camp, Tejas had the opportunity to engage in several hands-on practical activities. These included:

1. DNA Extraction
2. Microscopy
3. PCR and Gel Electrophoresis
4. Drug Designing and Primer Designing
5. Quality control of Milk
6. DNA Fingerprinting and Blood Grouping and many other practicals



Participating in the camp allowed Tejas to develop a variety of skills, including:

- **Scientific Inquiry**: He honed his ability to ask relevant questions, formulate hypotheses, and conduct experiments.
- **Critical Thinking**: The complex nature of biotechnological problems required Tejas to apply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Working in teams and presenting findings helped improve his collaborative and communication abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Gained hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and bioinformatics software.

Conclusion
