"Speaking matters but how to speak"

It is often said that every fourth person in the world communicates in English .The medium of language used by the media including newspapers, magazines and Internet is usually English besides the vernaculars. Thus, English speaking has become mandatory for different purposes. Whether you are planning to study abroad or to get a new job in your country, English speaking is one of the criteria you will be measured on.

If you want to speak English fluently, I personally believe that you don't need to know a great deal of English grammar. Some grammar is enough. You should only know some grammatical topics like "Tense,Voice, Conditional sentences...etc." Apart from it, you should always remember English phrases instead of individual words. And start speaking English in no time. The more you spend time with this language, the more it helps you communicate with English - speaking people.
