*AN UPDATE REGARDING THE ALUMNI MEET - Collection of Funds.*
(We request you to kindly take some time out and read the entire post)
The minimum amount being ₹500 and the maximum having no limit.
The expenditure will be as transparent as possible. And while proceeding with payments keep the following things into concern:
1. While paying cash to the Batch Representative, make sure your details are properly recorded by him/her.
2. While paying through online mode, there is an option called "message" to be attached stating the reason for payment. In that section write your full name and batch year.(this will help us scribing your name and batch in the mementos which will be given at the meet)
3. For people paying through online mode, after the payment is done inform your representatives to check the transaction. If the representative confirms the transaction only then the transaction will be considered.
4. Send a screenshot of the transaction details in your Alumni Batch Whatsapp group, to keep it as a proof.
Note that :
• For *offline mode* payments, the receipt will be the only verification document for your entry to the event.
• For *online mode* payments, the message that you will attach to the transferred amount as well as the screenshot sent in the group will be considered for your entry to the event.
DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK WHETHER YOUR PAYMENT IS RECORDED OR NOT, ENTRY BANDS WILL BE PROVIDED BASED ON THE PAYMENT.

NOTE -- While paying through Google Pay/Phonepe please attach a message with the transaction containing your full name and batch. And for other online payment apps, And send the screenshot of the transaction to your Batch representative.
We are expecting the funds to be collected within 31st August because scribing of name and batch will require a minimum amount of time.
