Fostering Bonds through Compassion and Creativity
The Students of Class III visited Satya Bharti School, Bagga Khurd, for a special interaction centered on community and care.
During the visit, our students presented a nukkad natak to raise awareness about the importance of preserving Mother Earth. In celebration of Mother’s Day, they also presented handmade cards, which were lovingly colored together with the students of Satya Bharti School. As a gesture of goodwill, they shared stationery packs with their peers.
The visit reflected a meaningful exchange of kindness, creativity, and togetherness, leaving both schools enriched by the shared experience.

Spreading Joy through Creativity and Care
On their visit to Balaji Ashram, the enthusiastic students of Classes VII C and VII D embarked on a heart-warming journey of compassion, creativity and meaningful connection. The day was filled with creativity as students conducted an origami session, guiding children to craft beautiful paper creations, “Best Out of Waste” activity, where imagination came alive through innovative use of recyclable materials, and then “Lift the Glass with a Balloon” activity became an instant favourite, encouraging teamwork, coordination and lots of laughter. This memorable visit truly reflected the spirit of learning beyond classrooms.

The students of Class VII visited the Science Museum at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. This educational visit aimed to foster a spirit of inquiry and excellence in science. The key learning outcomes included the study of specimen preservation techniques, the trajectory of human evolution and the comparative systems of various organisms. The experience provided a vital practical bridge to their classroom curriculum.

An Inter-House Declamation Competition held on the topic, ‘Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny’ for the students of Classes XI and XII. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all the four houses. The participants impressed the audience with their confidence, clarity of thought and passionate delivery of well-researched and thought-provoking ideas. Satluj House was declared the best House. Pranika Chawla was declared the best speaker. Saanvi Gupta and Karin Chhabra were declared the First and Second Runner up speaker respectively. The competition served not just as a showcase of oratory excellence but also as a meaningful effort to inspire students to realize the importance of grit and determination in life.

An engaging orientation session for the International Award for Young People (IAYP) was conducted for students, introducing them to a globally recognized programme that fosters holistic development and self-discovery.
The workshop provided insights into the four key sections—Service, Skills, Physical Recreation and Adventurous Journey—encouraging students to step beyond their comfort zones and build resilience, leadership and life skills. Students were guided on how to set personal goals, document their progress and make the most of this transformative journey.
The session inspired participants to take initiative, embrace challenges and become responsible global citizens.

A workshop on the topic “Your Posture is Your Power: Build a Strong Spine for a Confident Life Ahead” was conducted by Dr. Damandeep Singh Makkar, father of Myrah Makkar of Class VI-A. The session aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of maintaining good posture and spinal health.
During the workshop, Dr. Makkar explained the vital role of the spine in supporting the body and protecting the nervous system. He discussed how poor posture caused by excessive screen time, incorrect sitting habits can lead to health problems in the future. Through simple demonstrations, students learned the correct ways to sit, stand and carry school bags. Dr. Makkar also encouraged students to stay active, take breaks from screens and maintain healthy daily habits.

Sat Paul Mittal School hosted a mesmerizing musical morning under the aegis of S**C MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth). The event provided students of Classes III-VIII with opportunity to experience the rich heritage of Indian classical music.
The highlight of the programme was a captivating flute recital by renowned flautist Pandit Ajay Prasanna, accompanied on the tabla by the accomplished Pandit Abhishek Mishra. Together, the maestros created an enchanting atmosphere, transporting the audience into the soulful world of Indian classical music.
To make the experience more engaging and educational, an interactive session and questionnaire round were organized.
The members of the S**C MACAY Chapter, Ludhiana were also present on the occasion.
