Basic Features of WIFI
1. It is a wireless technology that refers to the ability of wireless devices or computers to connect with the Internet without using cables.
It is easy to set up and is used in homes, companies, classrooms and more.
2. If you have ever used it before then you must have heard about this technology as most of the people have also been using it for accessing the internet at their homes.
3. Wi-Fi is short for wireless fidelity, which was developed by the company that was first known as SkyeTek and later 802.11b and led to the 802.11a, 802.11g and 802.11n standards.
4. Wi-Fi is a system of wireless local area network connectivity without using cables or wires but it depends on radio waves in the frequency range of 2.4–2.4834 GHz and 5.15–5.85 GHz which are not harmful even if they come in direct contact with the human body during transmission.
