On 06 August 2026, the University Business School, Ludhiana (UBSL) proudly celebrated its 19th Foundation Day, marking nearly two decades of academic excellence, leadership, and its unwavering commitment to shaping future management professionals.
The celebration was made truly special by the presence of our distinguished resource persons. Ms. Indu Punj, leadership mentor, TEDx speaker, and change leader, inspired students with her powerful insights on resilience, purpose-driven leadership, and embracing change. Mr. Karan Singh, Assistant General Manager, JSW One Platforms Ltd., shared his remarkable journey from being a UBSL student to leading business operations across North India, motivating students to pursue excellence with determination and integrity.
We were equally delighted to welcome our esteemed alumni Mr. Simranpreet Singh and Mr. Karan Aggarwal, who fondly revisited their days at UBSL and shared valuable professional experiences. Their interaction reaffirmed the lifelong bond between UBSL and its alumni and demonstrated how the institution continues to shape successful careers.
The celebration reflected not only our rich academic legacy but also the vibrant spirit of the UBSL family. A high-energy Bhangra performance by our students filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm, followed by a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, celebrating nineteen memorable years of learning, growth, and togetherness.
