🌍🧘‍♀️ 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘆 with great enthusiasm and active participation on 𝟮𝟭 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in the school Basketball Ground. The programme was organised under the inspiring theme “𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵” to spread awareness about the importance of yoga for physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. The yoga session was conducted under the supervision of 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘀. He guided the participants to perform various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. 🧘‍♂️✨

🌿 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗝 𝗞 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗵𝘂 motivated the students and teachers with her encouraging words and highlighted the importance of making yoga a part of daily life. She emphasised that yoga not only strengthens the body but also helps in achieving 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆. 📚✨As part of the ‘Hone n Focus’ DAV Youth Empowerment Programme 2026, the students of Class XII Commerce successfully completed a five-day Summer Internship Programme at Jain D & Associates under the guidance of CA Deepak Jain. 🎓 The students gained practical exposure to various aspects of accounting and taxation. They learned about 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 (𝗜𝗧𝗥𝘀), studied real-life 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀, and developed clear understanding of partnership rules, accounting terminology, bills, and bank statements. The students were also introduced to 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 and learned the process of registering an assessee on the Income Tax Portal, helping them connect classroom concepts with real-world applications.

🧾✨ The internship enhanced their practical accounting skills through hands-on training in recording accounting entries in Tally using bills and invoices, understanding the basics of the 𝗚𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 and preparing final accounts, including the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 & 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁, and 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁. The internship provided students with valuable exposure to the functioning of the banking sector and helped them understand the practical aspects of Economics and Finance. 𝐀𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 ‘𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬’ 𝐃𝐀𝐕 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the students of Class XII Commerce of the school successfully completed a five-day Summer Internship Programme at Gupta Bhalla & Associates under the guidance of CA Shalini Gupta and CA Chahat Gupta, and at R Gupta & Co. under the guidance of CA Brijesh Gupta. 📚 During the internship, students gained valuable exposure to the profession of Chartered Accountancy and developed an understanding of the diverse roles and responsibilities of Chartered Accountants. They were introduced to the key concepts such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), the GST Portal, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Portal, Company Registration procedures, Income Tax, tax slab rates, and the filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
