Guru nanak dev polytechnic college, Ludhiana

Prof. Tilak Raj Bhatia ( 1942-2022) Ex Principal Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic left for heavenly abode. He joined the Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic Ludhiana as a lecturer in Elect. Engg in 1966 and served the institution for a long period of time in various capacities that is as a lecturer , Head of Electrical Engg deptt & finally retired as Principal of GND Polytechnic , Ludhiana in the year 2002.
The Nankana Sahib Education Trust, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering, GND Polytechnic college, Alumni, students and staff members pays condolence to the departed soul and pray to almighty to give strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss .

59 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 30 ਮਈ 1962 ਨੂੰ ਜੀ ਐਨ ਈ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਬਾਬਾ ਈਸ਼ਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨਾਨਕਸਰ ਵਾਲਿਆ ਨੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਇੱਕ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਹੈ,ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਟਰਕਚਰ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ।

ਜਦੋ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਹੀ ਬਹਿ ਕੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਤਾਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਹਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
