Punjab Youth Conference 2021 gives a platform to all the delegates to make their voice count. With this vision in mind we are coming up with an interaction session with our guests and panelists to discuss about the needs of punjab. The delegates can ask questions and give suggestions to improve the condition of the state. We invite you to lead the way and be torch bearers of the future through this session.

We at PYCON are glad to present before you the agenda for our stupendous committee to be stimulated this year and that is “The Lok Sabha” .
Belonging to a state where agriculture is the backbone of the economy and considering the tensions after passing of the recent farm laws we feel that an agenda as this would help us develop an insight regarding the current developments and enable us to form a strong opinion.

We are indeed elated to have on board Mr. Ravitej Singh as the deputy speaker of Lok Sabha.

Ravitej Singh, is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He completed his law degree from Panjab University Chandigarh. A debating enthusiast himself, he is the Founder of Model Youth Parliament which is a national government appreciated debate conference. Also, he has also served as a Member in the Core Committee of various Debates, MUNs, and other Varsity events.

A part time poet and a full time law student, he has worked with many senior Advocates and eminent educationalists.

With a happy heart we announce Mr. Saurav Bajaj as the deputy speaker of Lok Sabha.

Saurav is an optimist to the core . He completed his schooling from Dikshant international school. Being a student of University institute of laws, PURC , Ludhiana , he has deep insight into the various contentious issues being faced by the country and believes that change can be brought by taking action . He has been a part of various youth parliaments in different capacities .

Through his skills and impeccable level of knowledge we are sure he will make the conference interesting and informative for the delegates .

With immense pleasure we at PYCON announce Mr. Sidharth Kapoor as the speaker of Lok Sabha.

Sidharth has done his schooling from a prestigious institution of Ambala, P.K.R Jain Vatika. Sidharth is a law graduate from Punjabi University, Patiala and is presently enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He has been a part of a lot of MUN's and Youth Parliaments in the Circuit.

The core area of his interests involve Indian Politics and Contemporary Legal Issues. He visions a lot of hope for change in the present political scenario and believes that this would happen by Evolution and not Revolution.

We are happy to have amongst us Mr. Mayank Bhatia who is a true embodiment of this statement as the Head of Hindustan Press.
Well known for his witty comebacks and charisma he is indeed a hard working leader devoted to making a change through his unceasing commitments. He believes in the power of perseverance and puts in maximum efforts to accomplish his goals. He believes in frearlessly voicing his opinions and making them count.

Sia is an avid reader and editor. She is a keen learner and observer. She spots the minimal of grammatical mistakes and is ardent on how work should be done. She is currently pursuing her B.SC Fashion Designing from Northern India
Institute of Fashion Technology, Mohali. She has served several MUN competitions as an Editor and a Press Manager.

The “Lok Sabha”.
The Lok Sabha (House of the People) is the lower house of India's bicameral Parliament, with the upper house being the Rajya Sabha. Members of the Lok Sabha are elected by universal adult suffrage and a first-past-the-post system to represent their respective constituencies. The house meets in the Lok Sabha Chambers of the Sansad Bhavan in New Delhi.
By choosing a committee connected to the roots of the republic of India, we expect all the delegates to learn about their parliament in particular and the nation in general . Representing diverse parties yet voicing ones opinion Is the essence of the committee and we look forward to it .
