As the laptop was purchased for urgent professional use, I kindly request either a replacement at the earliest or a full refund, depending on your company policy. I have attached photographs of the damage for your reference.
I would appreciate a prompt response so that this matter can be resolved without further delay. Thank you for your attention and support.

Over the past three weeks, buses on Route 45 have consistently arrived 20–30 minutes late. As many passengers, including myself, rely on this service to reach work on time, the irregular schedule has created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

There are a few points I would like to highlight:

1. The delays occur mostly during peak hours, between 8 and 10 a.m.

2. Several buses arrive already overcrowded, forcing passengers to wait for the next one.

3. No announcements or updates are provided to passengers during these delays.

I believe that publishing real-time updates on your mobile app and scheduling additional buses during busy hours would significantly improve the situation. Such measures would not only benefit regular commuters but also enhance the company’s reputation.
