On this World No To***co Day, 31st May, Shri Atam Vallabh Jain Public School, Hussainpura, Ludhiana, stands together for a healthier, smoke-free future.
The poster reminds us that to***co damages lungs and heart, increases the risk of cancer, causes heart disease and stroke, and harms not only the user but also everyone around them. More than 8 million lives are lost to to***co every year, and it also damages our environment and drains precious resources.
Let’s make the best choice — breathe clean air, stay active, protect our families and community, and build a better, healthier tomorrow. Our pledge is simple: stay away from to***co and encourage others to do the same.
Together, let’s build a healthier world.
*Say No to To***co, Say Yes to Life!*
A small step today leads to a healthy and happy tomorrow.
Stay Healthy. Stay Happy. Stay To***co-Free!

Under the _Jal Shakti Abhiyan_, our school organized a _Jal Pakhwada Awareness Session_ to sensitize students about the value of water.
A PowerPoint presentation was shown to students in the Smart Class explaining:
1. *Sources of water and reasons for water scarcity*
2. *Need for water conservation in daily life*
3. *Methods like rainwater harvesting and drip irrigation*
4. *Do’s & Don’ts for safe and clean drinking water*
The interactive session motivated students to take a pledge to _‘Save Water, Save Life’_ and adopt water-saving habits. The activity was a step towards building a water-conscious generation.
