GTB National College, Dakha Organizes Grand Farewell for Final Year Students

G.T.B. National College, Dakha, Ludhiana organized a vibrant and memorable farewell party for its final year students. The event was filled with enthusiasm, joy, and emotions, making it a remarkable occasion for everyone present.

The highlight of the event was the title ceremony, where Harman Kaur was crowned Miss Farewell and Devyansh Nayyar was honored as Mr. Farewell. Aarti secured the title of Miss Runner-up, while Noor Bajaj was declared Miss Elegant and Amrinder Singh received the title of Mr. Elegant.

On this special occasion, the President of the college, S. Randhir Singh Sekhon, along with the Principal, Dr. Sandeep Kataria, and Head of the Department Dr. Parveen Lata, extended their heartfelt blessings and best wishes to the outgoing students for a bright and successful future.

The faculty members of the Commerce Department also conveyed their warm wishes and encouraged the students to excel in their careers and life ahead. Teachers from other departments of the college also joined in extending their best wishes appreciating the achievements of the students and motivating them to continue striving for excellence.

In her concluding remarks, Trustee Member Madam Ranjit Kaur congratulated the students and inspired them to carry forward the values and legacy of the institution with pride.

The farewell was beautifully organized by the students of the second year, whose dedication, teamwork, and creativity made the event a grand success.

The function concluded on an emotional note, with students expressing gratitude towards their teachers and cherishing the unforgettable memories of their college life.

The Department of Commerce, G.T.B. National College, successfully organized a one-day educational and religious trip to Maa Chintapurni Temple and Jwala Mukhi Temple.

The trip witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who experienced a perfect blend of spiritual learning and recreational enjoyment. After paying obeisance at the holy shrines, the group visited the popular Bombay Picnic Spot, where students enjoyed dinner along with a variety of fun-filled activities.

The highlights of the visit included boating, horse riding, swings, 3D shows, car rides, train rides, and other recreational activities, making the trip both enjoyable and memorable for all.

The trip was conducted under the guidance and supervision of dedicated teacher in-charges: Dr. Parveen Lata, Dr. Ram Lubhaya, Prof. Priya, and Prof. Amanpreet Kaur, who ensured the safety and well-being of the students throughout the journey.

On this occasion, the President of the college, S. Randhir Singh Sekhon, and the Principal, Dr. Sandeep Kataria, extended their best wishes and appreciated the efforts of the Commerce Department for organizing such a meaningful and enriching trip.
