The newly elected council members were honoured with badges and responsibilities, marking the beginning of their leadership journey. The event was graced by distinguished guests Mr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder and Mr. Amarjit Singh, who motivated the young leaders with their inspiring words. The event also featured the oath-taking ceremony, where students pledged to fulfil their duties with efficiency and sincerity.

Ryanites Shine at English Literary Conclave 2026
Ryan International School, Jamalpur Ludhiana organised the English Literary Conclave 2026 on 16 May with enthusiastic participation from students of Classes II to XII. Five literary events were conducted simultaneously at different venues in the school.
Students of Classes XI–XII participated in TED Talk, Classes IX–X in Turn Coat, Classes VI–VIII in English Declamation, Classes IV–V in Poetry Recitation, and Classes II–III in “Show, Speak and Sparkle.” The students impressed everyone with their confidence, creativity, and communication skills.

Ryan International School Students Visit Verka Milk Plant, Ludhiana
Ludhiana, 16 May 2026: The students enrolled in the Food Production and Eatery Internship Programme and Administration Training Internship Programme of Ryan International School visited Verka Milk Plant as part of an educational excursion aimed at providing practical exposure to the dairy industry.
During the visit, students explored the milk processing plant and learned about various stages of milk collection, processing, packaging and marketing operations. The visit offered valuable insights into industrial management, hygiene standards and quality control systems followed in dairy production.
The students interacted with Mr. Harjinder Singh, who shared valuable information about the functioning of the plant. Ms. Sukham Kaur guided the students throughout the visit and explained the working of different departments in an engaging and informative manner.
The visit proved to be highly enriching and educational for all the participating students.

“ *Success is where preparation and opportunity meet.”*
The Teen Camp 2026–27, organized by the Ryan Group of Institutions at Hotel Deltan, Daman, brought together enthusiastic participants from nearly 32 schools, creating a vibrant platform for talent, creativity, and self-expression. The camp featured a diverse range of cultural and intellectual activities, including dance, music, debate, TED Talks, street plays, and T-shirt designing, all aimed at nurturing confidence and innovation among students. Engaging fun games and an exciting pageant round further added to the lively atmosphere.
Students of Ryan International School, Ludhiana, showcased an impressive performance and brought laurels to the school. Their dedication and talent were reflected in their achievements, with the team securing the second prize in the fashion show, while Pranav Rajput of Grade 10 earned the third prize in T-shirt painting. Their accomplishments highlighted their creativity, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
The students were highly appreciated by the Principal, Ms. Manasi Thapar, for their achievements and enthusiastic participation. Overall, the camp proved to be a memorable and enriching experience, fostering talent, confidence, and a strong sense of collaboration among the students.

*Educational Visit to LPU School of Journalism*
Ryan International School, Ludhiana organised an educational visit to the School of Journalism at Lovely Professional University (LPU) for students of Classes XI and XII (Mass Media) on 2 May 2026.
A total of 24 students participated in this enriching experience aimed at providing practical exposure to the field of mass media and journalism.
The session was guided by HoD Dr. Romica Bhat, an accomplished academician and media expert with over 17 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Broadcast Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations. Students also interacted with Dr. Rahul Kumar, an academician in Journalism and Mass Communication and Assistant Professor at LPU, who brings over six years of experience in teaching, media practice and research, with specialisation in digital journalism, visual communication and media production.
During the visit, students explored TV anchoring, the functioning of the Production Control Room (PCR) and the application of green screen technology. The hands-on exposure enabled them to connect classroom learning with real-world media practices.
Students showed great enthusiasm and keen interest throughout the visit, making it both informative and engaging.
The school Principal, Ms. Manasi Thapar, appreciated the initiative and emphasised the importance of experiential learning in enhancing practical knowledge and career awareness among students.
The school remains committed to organising such activities to promote holistic learning and future readiness.

Under the esteemed guidance of Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Dr. Grace Pinto, Ryan International School, Ludhiana had an enriching virtual session with Ms. Hitakshi Arora, renowned social impact leader and founder of The Education Leaders Forum. The interaction provided students with a wonderful opportunity to learn from her inspiring experiences and achievements.
Ms.Hitakshi spoke about her educational journey, sharing how she pursued an MBA from London Business School after completing engineering. She explained how determination, flexibility, and the courage to embrace change helped her move into the field of social development and leadership. Her words encouraged students to remain focused on growth and lifelong learning.
She also highlighted her initiative “This Quarantine,” launched during the pandemic to support those in need. Through this example, she demonstrated the value of compassion and meaningful action. Students enthusiastically engaged in the session, asking insightful questions about careers, leadership qualities, and making a positive difference in society.
