Migraine is not just another episode of headache and vomiting ..... migraine affects your routine and your work efficacy...so just popping a pain killer is not enough...treat the root cause....

Keep hydrated
Plan for moisture or quick temperature changes
Do not become overheated
Use sunglasses that are polarized
Limit your intake of fatty, salty or sugary foods, alcohol
Keep your hormones in balance
Do not read with dim light and take a break from incandescent light
Try to avoid perfumes, paints, household cleaners
Take a recommended eight hours of sleep per night
Monitor which medications have affect on you
Be careful with earbud volume levels

Insomnia- one of the most common problems in pregnancy. Try to avoid anti anxiety pills as much as possible...
Practice pranayama daily

Chandrabhedi pranayama- sit in sukhasna, keep your spine straight, close ur right nostril with right hand's thumb and keep on inhaling and exhaling from left nostril...do it for 21 breathings atleast...U will start to have good sound sleep within 1 week..
