ਜਦੋਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ-ਭਾੜ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਥਕਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਦੋਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੋ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧੁਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਣ ਦਿਓ।
ਹਰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਕ ਗੀਤ ਨਹੀਂ, ਬਲਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਹੈ — ਜੋ ਪਿਆਰ, ਮਾਫੀ ਤੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਹੈ।
ਹਰ ਤਾਲ, ਹਰ ਸੁਰ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚਾਹੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਵੀ ਦੁੱਖੀ ਹੋਈਏ, ਗੁਰੂ ਕਦੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਾਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਦਾ।
ਇਹ ਧੁਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਮਿਟਾ ਦੇਵੇ, ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ, ਤੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਕ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਦੇਵੇ।
ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਤਾਕਤ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਹਰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਹਰ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਕੂਨ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਣੋ, ਪਰ ਸਿਰਫ ਕਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ — ਰੂਹ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੋ।
ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੋ।
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵਿਚ ਧੜਕਦੇ ਸੁਣੋ।
ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਆਖਰੀ ਸੁਰ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਏ, ਉਸ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੂਹ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲੱਭੋ।
