Today's world is getting trapped in the dreadful clutches of malicious virus, whose attack, named as Ransomware, is spreading like wildfire and distorting the global economy as a whole. The Ransomware cyber attack has hit around 200,000 computers in around 150 countries and is still spreading it's venom to other parts of the countries around the globe . It is a kind of software which when detected in computer, restricts and debars the user to access and demand payments, to unlock the system. It demands the users to pay around $300 worth of cryptocurrency to retrieve it's files and warns for realisation of payments after a certain specific time. ..
Ransomware nowadays​, is spreading like a fire and should be treated by government of various countries as " wake up call".
The attack is being inflicted on those computers which were running outdated version of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the virus affecting windows are named as " Wannacry" .
It is a said by US computer Emergency Team in their report that this virus encounters those computers who are working on outdated patched up softwares and this virus copies itself by hacking and inflicting other computers .
Sweden , Britain , France and Russia are the victimised countries being drenched into the clutches of this wildfire virus spread being hit by over enormous amount of systems being hacked . By looking at the massive infection caused by infliction India too issued an advisory asking organisations to install updates to their windows thus releasing vulnerability note for possible remote exploitation of vulnerability..
The main medicine to cure this infection globally, is to ask the organisations to update their systems with latest updates so that the system can be prevented from the huge risk of Destruction which might cause consequences in working setup and lead to distortion ​of the economy condition as a whole.

The honourable chairman of the BBD group, (Late) Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta was a prominent educationist, professor, politician, philanthropist and a successful entrepreneur who aimed at "shaping generations" of millions of the students worldwide.

Being a national level badminton player himself, he played a significant role in promoting the sport. Besides being the President of Badminton Association Of India and the Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association, he was the Vice President of Indian Olympic Association and was one of the pillars for the sports fraternity of the nation.

The BBD Times team's heartfelt condolences for the sudden demise of our mentor, (Late) Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta.
Sir was a motivator and a leader for thousands of students worldwide. A fatherfigure to Indian sports and a widely respected politician. Sir did almost everything to serve the nation to the fullest.
The BBD Group will miss it's guiding light.May your soul rest in peace sir.
