Jagran Public School, Lucknow proudly celebrated its first-ever Scholar Badge Ceremony on 28th April with great enthusiasm and pride.
The ceremony began with a warm welcome, followed by the honouring of our young achievers with scholar badges for their outstanding academic performance. This special initiative has been introduced to inspire students to strive for excellence and take pride in their hard work.
Our respected Principal Mr. Rudrendra Basak, congratulated the achievers and encouraged all students to stay focused, work hard, and aim high.
The event was truly inspiring, filled with joy, motivation, and loud applause for our bright stars.

Today’s morning assembly was based on the beautiful theme of Kindness. It was presented by the students of Class 3 A in a simple and meaningful way. The children shared thoughtful ideas about helping others, speaking politely, and caring for everyone around us.
Through a short speech and examples, they explained that even small acts of kindness, like sharing, smiling, or helping a friend, can make a big difference. The presentation reminded everyone that kindness is a value we should practice every day.
The assembly was well-presented and left a positive message for all to follow.The assembly was conducted by Agrima Tripathi, thought of the day was spoken by Sanav Khanna,a short speech was delivered by Vanisha Vanya followed by a short poem by Abeer Singh,news was delivered by Kiaan Verma.
This was followed by the Scholar Badge Distribution Ceremony for the meritorious students of the session 2025–26 by our principal sir Mr. Rudendra Basak. The achievers were honoured for their hard work, dedication, and excellent academic performance. The ceremony encouraged all students to strive for excellence and inspired them to give their best in the coming year.

*इंटर हाउस हिंदी वकृत्व प्रतियोगिता*
जागरण पब्लिक स्कूल में शनिवार (25.04.26) को इंटर हाउस हिंदी वकृत्व प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के विद्यार्थियों ने इसमें उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया तथा अपने आत्मविश्वास और उत्कृष्ट वक्तृत्व कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन विजित सिंह तथा ऋषिकांत विश्वाकर्मा (एंकरों )द्वारा सुचारु रूप से किया गया, जिन्होंने पूरे समय दर्शकों को बाँधे रखा।
कक्षा 1 के विद्यार्थियों ने “माँ” विषय पर, कक्षा 2 ने “मेरा प्रिय त्योहार” विषय पर, जबकि कक्षा 3 से 5 तक के विद्यार्थियों ने महान व्यक्तित्वों द्वारा दिए गए भाषणों को प्रस्तुत किया।
मुख्य अतिथि श्रीमती नीरा सिन्हा जी ने प्रतिभागियों के स्पष्ट उच्चारण, आत्मविश्वास और प्रभावशाली प्रस्तुति की सराहना की। इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में सार्वजनिक भाषण कौशल का विकास करना तथा हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम उत्पन्न करना था।

Today, the students of Class 4-A of Jagran Public School, Lucknow conducted the morning assembly on the topic “Time Management.”
The assembly began with the prayer, followed by the Thought of the Day, which highlighted the importance of valuing time.
The students delivered a short and meaningful speech explaining how effective time management helps us complete our tasks on time.
They also presented small poems on time management, beautifully conveying how proper planning leads to success. The performance delivered a clear and impactful message.
The assembly concluded with valuable thoughts shared by the Principal. He also presented certificates to the winners of the Mental Maths Marathon of the Primary Section. He appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged everyone to adopt good time management habits in their daily lives.

World Book Day Celebration at Jagran Public School, Lucknow | 23 April 2026
Jagran Public School came alive with the joy of reading as we celebrated World Book Day with an engaging and insightful Panel Discussion, where young minds shared their love for books and stories.
The session was confidently moderated by Ananya of Class XI-B, who led a lively interaction with her fellow students about their favourite reads.

MENTAL MATHS MARATHON
Mental Maths Marathon was organized to enhance students’ calculation speed, accuracy, and logical thinking. The event aimed to develop interest in Mathematics through fun and engaging activities.
The marathon included various rounds designed according to different class levels. Students participated enthusiastically and showcased their mental abilities.
It comprised of the following rounds-
1. PUZZLE ROUND
2. TARGET ROUND
3. CHECK YOUR MEMORY
4. CRITICAL THINKING
5. RAPID FIRE
Students from classes 3rd ,4th and 5th actively participated. They were divided into groups/ houses to make the competition more engaging.

The morning assembly was conducted by class 5 A on the theme “Magic Shop of Good Habits ”.The assembly began with a warm welcome to the Vice -Principal Sir,teachers, and students. The thought of the day, "Success is the result of good habits practised daily” gave a kick start to the event.
Students presented a skit on the same topic. They showcased that how with the regular practice, bad habits can be changed to good habits.
Discipline, Early rising, Kindness, Responsibility and Time management were some of the main keywords of the skit.
It was an captivating presentation.
The assembly concluded with a reminder that practice of good habits can bring success and miracles to life. The assembly was exciting, informative, and left everyone with life lessons of good habits.
