मैं प्रो. महेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह, आगामी उत्तर प्रदेश पुस्तकालय संघ (उपला) केंद्रीय समिति चुनाव 2025 में अध्यक्ष पद का उम्मीदवार हूँ।

1. उपला की ऐतिहासिक धरोहर को संरक्षित कर उसकी विरासत को आगे बढ़ाना।
2. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से सतत संवाद स्थापित कर उत्तर प्रदेश पुस्तकालय अधिनियम, 2006 को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू कराना।
3. उत्तर प्रदेश में माध्यमिक एवं उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों सहित प्रदेश के सभी सार्वजनिक एवं विशेष पुस्तकालय में पुस्तकालय कर्मियों के हज़ारों रिक्त पदों को शीघ्र भरे जाने हेतु तत्पर रहना।
4. उत्तर प्रदेश के निजी संस्थानों में कार्यरत पुस्तकालय कर्मचारियों की वेतन विसंगतियों और अन्य समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित करना।
5. प्रशिक्षण, डिजिटल पहलों एवं ई-गवर्नेंस प्रणाली के माध्यम से उपला को पारदर्शी, सशक्त और आधुनिक बनाना।
6. छात्र एवं आजीवन सदस्यता को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए जिला समन्वयकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी से एक सशक्त सहायता प्रणाली का निर्माण करना।

एक मजबूत और सशक्त संगठन के लिए एकजुट होकर भारी मतों से मुझे विजयी बनाएं।
