🔴BREAKING: 🔴3-Year Practice Rule Relaxed: Freshers Can Now Apply for Judiciary Without Experience Till March 2027!
📎In a major relief for law graduates, the Supreme Court has modified the mandatory 3-year Bar practice requirement for entry-level Judiciary examinations. Under the revised framework, fresh law graduates can appear for Judiciary exams without any prior practice experience until March 31, 2027. Starting April 1, 2027, candidates will need 1 year of active practice. To balance practical exposure, selected candidates will undergo a 2-year post-selection program featuring judicial academy training and court clerkships. States and High Courts have been directed to amend their service rules accordingly.
