1. Your long term vision, a person in employment thinks only of him and family whereas a person in practise thinks about his comming generations.
2. Risk taking capibility, a bitter truth is that practise is very much tough and risky not the same conditions in jobs, but returns in practise can be remarkable.
3. Courage to lead, many are good followers, they donot like to be at forefront, they are good at completing tasks for them job is good option on other hand a person in practise should have courage to lead to guide and take all decisions and act of his staff whether good or bad on his shoulders
4. Last but not least family conditions, there can be a situation where a person has responsility of his families he can go for job which will immediately start a good flow of income for his family, whereas in practise a person family should be in a condition where they can offer him another some years to stand on his feet.

4. WITH BUYING A BIG CAR LIKE "FORTUNER", WE THINK WE HAVE ALSO BOUGHT THE "ROAD" AND WE HAVE OWNED THE PRIORITY TO GIVEN PASS
FROM THE OTHER VEHICLES
5. WE HAVE NO HESITATION IN THROWING GARBAGE ANY WHERE WE WANT

WE MUST REALISE THAT A NATION CAN BECOME A DEVELOPED NATION BY NOT ONLY BEING ECONOMICALLY STRONG BUT ALSO BEING A WELL DEVELOPED CIVILIZED SOCEITY WHERE EACH CITIZEN CARES AND CONCERNS ABOUT SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OTHERS

"MANIFESTATION" OR "LAW OF ATTRACTION", a much heard word on internet has become a very common word to all, we can see people saying aisa karo, waisa karo and jo caho pa jao, but is it "REALITY" or just a "SCAM"

Just Dreaming or wishing something will no where turn your thoughts into reality, Manifestation do help achieve your goals but you have to go out and work really hard for that and enjoy the little steps towards your wish, for example: I manifest for "Land Lover Evoque", it doesnt mean that the car will suddenly come to my door , I have to just keep working in which field I am and be never satisfied and stop working until I achieve my dream car.

THE STARTUP ECOSYSTEM HAS TODAY BECOME A CIRCUS OF VALUATION, due to following reasons:

1. Today startup has mere become a "INVESTMENT" receiving business without talking about profits and the adversity is that we young business are celeberating the fact that "dekho is business ko itna yaha se mila, isko utna waha se mila"

2. The young entreprenuers have basically changed their gears shift from traditional business of making "PAISA" to "KAHI SE LAO PAISA"

3. Very unfortunate that we are celeberating and glamorising these loss making "STARTUPS" as model entreprenuers, instead of local businessand "MSME'S", who are actually creating employment and profits and taxes for the country.

4. "VALUE CREATION" have been replaced by "VALUATION"

5. Many these startups have goen to an "IPO" with overvaluations and have eroded crores of money of investors and all such nuinances have been watched and allowed by the government systems.

6. Many examples of loss making startups are there which has a huge list which need to be mentioned, they are very well celeberated and galmorized by the "MEDIA" reflecting them as someone contributing to India's growth, but on real grounds they have neither any future prospective to take their business, nor any security for their employees.

7. Conclusions for every aspiring businessman is that stick to the basics of business, " PAISE SE PAISA BANAO", go for innovations and expansions but remember that at last you need to earn and not loose, be the change but for the good reasons, go for investors but only when you have a clear and long term visons and lastly be the real growth of country's economy
