💧Our LKG learners explored the water cycle through a live experiment, observing how water changes form through evaporation, condensation and precipitation.

After the demonstration, they expressed their understanding through drawings, colouring and pasting activities, connecting what they observed with what they learned. 🌧️☁️✨

📐Our Grade 4 (PYP) learners created their own geometry problems by drawing intersecting lines with rulers and using protractors to measure the angles formed.

A hands-on activity that helped them explore angles through their own creations, making mathematical concepts meaningful. ✨

Our Grade 5 (PYP) learners connected their understanding of international time zones, time differences and jet lag with a virtual session led by Ms. Preeti - Modern School alumna of batch 1994, joining from Chicago, USA. 🇺🇸

Their curiosity led to questions about how time changes across countries, why daylight hours differ from place to place, whether phones adjust automatically to different time zones and how Daylight Saving Time affects local time. Learners also connected these ideas with their own experiences of adjusting to different time zones while travelling.

A meaningful exchange that brought together geography, time zones and global perspectives. 🌐✨

🥕🥬 Our UKG learners stepped into the role of young buyers as they purchased vegetables from a vegetable seller and explored the edible parts of plants. As they identified whether we eat the root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit or seed of each plant, they connected classroom learning with everyday life through hands-on exploration. 🌱✨

Our Grade 2 (PYP) learners stepped into the role of interviewers, engaging in thoughtful conversations with members of the school community to learn about their roles and responsibilities.

By asking questions and listening to different perspectives, they discovered that every role contributes to the well-being of the community, bringing their ‘Who We Are’ inquiry to life. 🌟

🎵 Our UKG learners explored the use of the articles ‘a’ and ‘an’ through a game of Musical Chairs. As the music stopped, each child sat and picked a picture flashcard and sorted it under the correct article based on its beginning sound.

By this hands-on activity, children were encouraged to think, participate and build their understanding of language in an engaging way. ✨

🧳 Our Grade 3 (PYP) learners packed their imaginary Migration Suitcases, drawing and listing the things they would carry with them. Through this activity, they explored different types of nouns in a meaningful, real-life context while connecting language learning with imagination and personal experiences. ✨
