Mother's Day Celebration at LPC A Block

To honour the selfless love and sacrifices of mothers, Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram organised a heartwarming Mother’s Day Celebration in the school campus. The event was graced by *Mrs. Nikita Singh, Director, LPSC*. The programme commenced with the traditional Lighting of the Lamp to invoke blessings.
Principal Mrs. Bharti Gosain extended a warm welcome to all the mothers and the Chief Guest. She expressed deep gratitude to mothers for being the first teachers, guiding lights and pillars of strength in every child’s life.

The celebration unfolded with a soulful Welcome Song, followed by vibrant cultural presentations including an Orchestra Performance and a Dance Performance dedicated to mothers. Mothers actively participated in engaging activities like Mehndi/Rangoli Competition, No-Fire Cooking Competition, Hunt for Intelligent Mother, Tallest and Shortest Judgement and a lively Ramp Walk, filling the campus with joy and laughter.

*Mrs. Nikita Singh* addressed the gathering and applauded the school’s initiative in celebrating motherhood.

The celebration beautifully reflected the School Management's commitment towards inculcating family values and holistic development.

*LPC, A-Block Hosts CISCE Zonal Basketball Tournament 2026 with Grandeur and Sportsmanship*

Lucknow Public College, A Block Rajajipuram, the Coordinator for CISCE Games and Sports for Lucknow Zone J, successfully hosted the CISCE Zonal Basketball Tournament 2026. The tournament concluded with a grand Prize Distribution Ceremony graced by the Hon’ble Founder & Chairman and MP, Dr. S. P. Singh, whose constant guidance and encouragement remained the driving force behind the event.

Addressing the gathering, *Dr. S. P. Singh* stated that sports is not just about winning medals but about building character, discipline and the will to rise after every fall.
The inspiring presence of the Principals of the Anand Nagar branch, Mrs. Meena Tiwari and Mrs. Sunanda Mathur also motivated the participants and added prestige to the occasion.
In the *Under-14 Boys* category, Lucknow Public College A-Block emerged as Winners, while Raj Kumar Academy secured the 1st Runner-up position and La Martiniere College stood 2nd Runner-up. In the *Under-17 Boys* category, Raj Kumar Academy claimed the Winner’s trophy, followed by Lucknow Public College A-Block as 1st Runner-up and St. Francis' College as 2nd Runner-up. In the *Under-19 Boys* category, Raj Kumar Academy once again emerged victorious, while Lucknow Public College A-Block secured the 1st Runner-up position and La Martiniere College finished as 2nd Runner-up.

In the *Girls categories*, Loreto Convent Intermediate College won the Under-14 and Under-17 titles, while St. Agnes’ Loreto Day School secured the 1st Runner-up position in Under-14 and 2nd Runner-up in Under-17. Lucknow Public College A-Block achieved the 2nd Runner-up position in Under-14 Girls and 1st Runner-up in Under-17 Girls. In the *Under-19 Girls* category, Loreto Convent Intermediate College emerged as Winners, followed by Green Fields School as 1st Runner-up and St. Agnes’ Loreto Day School as 2nd Runner-up.

The Principal, Mrs. Bharti Gosain, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. S. P. Singh for his unwavering support in hosting this prestigious event.

*LPC A-Block hosted CISCE (UP) Zonal Badminton Championship 2026*

The *CISCE (UP) Zonal Badminton Championship 2026 for Lucknow Zone J* was successfully hosted by *Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram* at the SP Lyceum Auditorium. The tournament was inaugurated with an inspiring welcome address by the *Principal, Mrs. Bharti Gosain*. She emphasized the role of sports in building character and encouraged every player to strive for the State Level.
The championship was conducted under the visionary guidance
of the *Management of Lucknow Public Schools and Colleges*. It was their encouragement, infrastructural support, and commitment to holistic education that enabled the institution to organize an event of this magnitude smoothly.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from several prestigious schools of the zone across three age categories: Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 for both Boys and Girls.

In the *Under-14 category*, *La Martinere College* emerged as the *Winner* in the Boys’ event, followed by *St. Francis College* as the *1st Runner-up* and *Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram* as the *2nd Runner-up*. In the Girls’ event, *St. Mary’s Convent Inter College* secured the *Winner’s* title, while *Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram* finished as the *Runner-up*.

The *Under-17 category* saw *St. Francis College* clinching the *Winner’s* trophy in the Boys’ division. *La Martinere College* and *St. Mary’s Convent Inter College* secured the *1st Runner-up* and *2nd Runner-up* positions respectively. In the Girls’ division, *Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram* displayed outstanding performance to emerge as the *Winner*, with *St. Mary’s Convent Inter College* finishing as the *Runner-up*.

In the *Under-19 category*, the Boys’ title was won by *La Martinere College*, while *Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram* secured the *Runner-up* position. The Girls’ event was dominated by *Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram*, who were crowned *Winners*, with *St. Mary’s Convent Inter College* as the *Runner-up*.
