Independence Day Celebration at LPC A-Block, Rajajipuram
Lucknow Public College, A-Block, Rajajipuram celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great zeal, patriotism, and enthusiasm. The entire school campus was adorned with the tricolour, reflecting the spirit of freedom and unity.
Mr. Harsh*t Singh, General Manager, Lucknow Public Schools and Colleges graced the occasion with his benign presence.
The celebration commenced with the Flag Hoisting ceremony, followed by welcoming the dignitaries with bouquets. The programme began with a warm Welcome Speech, setting the tone for the day.
Students presented a soulful Group Patriotic Song and an impressive Band Drill that filled the atmosphere with national pride. The tiny tots of Pre-Primary and Primary wing added charm with their adorable Fancy Dress performances based on freedom fighters.
Mr. Harsh*t Singh, in his inspiring speech, urged the students to uphold the values of freedom, discipline, and responsibility. He encouraged young minds to contribute towards nation-building and to be proud citizens of India. His words motivated both students and staff alike.
The enthusiasm, discipline and patriotic spirit shown by the children in all the performances reflected the constant motivation and guidance of the Principal, Mrs. Bharti Gosain.
The ceremony further included Speeches by the Head Boy and the Head Girl and vibrant dance performances by the students. A grand Investiture Ceremony was held where the newly appointed office bearers and Media Team were given badges. They took the oath to uphold their responsibilities and duties towards the school. Badge for Green Ambassadorwas also given to Abhinav Patel of Class VIII.
The Inter-House Declamation Competition was also held in which the young orators delivered their impactful speeches eloquently. Children also participated in the Tattoo making competition. Prizes were given away to the winners.
The event concluded on a patriotic note, instilling a sense of pride and responsibility towards the nation in every student.
Everyone was also served with sweets on this auspicious occasion.
The celebration was a true tribute to the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and a reminder of our duties towards the country.
