Faculty of Law, Shia P.G. College, Lucknow, successfully organized a Welcome Ceremony today, *May 16, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.* in the Moot Court hall. The event was conducted by *Prof. S. M. Hasnain sb,* (Director of Law Self-Finance Courses, Shia P.G. College), and took place in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, guests, and faculty members. The event commenced with motivational welcome addresses by *Prof. M. M. Abu Tayyab sb* (Director, Self-Finance, Admission committee and Coordinator IQAC, Shia P.G. College) and *Maulana Dr. Ejaz Athar Sb.* (Finance and Estate Officer, Shia P.G. College).

The ceremony was graced by *Fakhr-e-Millat Maulana Dr. Yasoob Abbas Sb.* (Secretary Majlis-e-Ulema and Senior Member Board of Trustees, Shia P.G. College, Lucknow) as the Chief Guest. Joining the event as Guests of Honour were *Prof. (Dr.) Anand Vishwakarma sb* (Director, Legal Cell and OSD, Processing cell, Lucknow University), *Prof. (Dr.) Chandra Sen Pratap Singh sb* (OSD, Exam, New Campus Lucknow University), and *Dr. Bipin Kumar Mishra sb (I.A.S.),* (Addl. Managing Director U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Lucknow). *Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Sharma sb* (Director SCDRC, Shia P.G College) also graced the occasion with his presence.

The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by *Prof. Shabihe Raza Baqri sb* (Principal of Shia P.G. College), who expressed sincere gratitude to the chief guest, dignitaries, faculty members, and students for making the ceremony a grand success.

All students of Shia P.G. College are hereby informed that internal selection trials for participation in various events of “Expressions – Youth Fest 2026” will be conducted as per the following schedule:
