Our young grade 3 explorers traded the classroom for the ultimate living laboratory, diving into a hands-on nature and botany field study! Guided by pure curiosity, the students observed the incredible diversity of plant life—and asked some truly brilliant questions along the way.

Nature’s Mysteries, Unlocked:

The Color & Texture Puzzle: Spotting everything from bright green to deep purple leaves, they eagerly asked, “Why is it purple?” They examined thick, rugged barks, tender green stems, and vibrant flowers, discussing how each part helps the plant survive.

Fascinating Ecosystems: Students also noticed how waxy leaves shed rainwater and observed busy insects playing their part in the local habitat.

The Human Connection: The biggest “Aha!” moments came when students connected plant biology to their own bodies—comparing leaf veins and root systems to human nerves, and skin pores to plant stomata. They were mind-blown to learn that plants breathe oxygen and release $CO_2$ just like us!

Filter It Out! Grade 10 students explored the formation of urine through an interesting and interactive role-play activity where they became different parts of the nephron and various substances involved in the process. Using Post-it labels, some students represented nephron structures while others acted as water, glucose, salts, and urea. Through movement and interaction, students explored filtration, reabsorption, and secretion, helping them clearly understand what gets filtered, what is reabsorbed, and the difference between primary filtrate and urine in a fun and memorable way.

Our Grade 7 students explored the beautiful world of , one of India’s most celebrated artists known for his unique folk-inspired painting style,Jamini Roy. His artworks are recognised for their bold lines, vibrant colours, simple forms, and strong connection to Indian culture and village life. 🎨✨

Through this creative journey, students not only learnt about the artistic techniques and style of Jamini Roy but also developed a deeper appreciation for India’s rich artistic heritage. By recreating and interpreting his artworks, they are connecting to their roots while expressing their own creativity with confidence and imagination. 🌿🇮🇳
