The Chief Guest for Inaugural Programme Ms. Annapurna Garg, I.A.S., Special Secretary, Appointment and Personnel Department. delivered the inaugural address to the trainees and Sri Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, I.A.S., Additional Director, UPAAM also addressed the Officer Trainees. The course team comprises of Sri Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, I.A.S., Additional Director, UPAAM (Course Director) and Course Coordinator, Smt. Sandhya Bhadauria, Research Executive There are 19 Officer Trainees. In the end Sri Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, I.A.S., Additional Director Concluded the programme by thanking everyone. PCS (Other Services 5400 Grade Pay) 86th Foundation Training Programme commenced on 02.02.2026. The Chief Guest for Inaugural Programme Shri L. Venkateshwar Lu, I.A.S., Director General, UPAAM delivered the inaugural address to the trainees and Smt. Neena Sharma, I.A.S., Director, UPAAM also addressed the Officer Trainees. The course team comprises of Ms. Shweta, Assistant Director (Course Director) and Course Coordinator, Sri Vaibhav Raman Singh Chauhan. There are 28 Officer Trainees.
