Grade 9 Orientation | Session 2026–27 ✨
At The Millennium School, Lucknow, we recently conducted an insightful Orientation Programme for our Grade IX parents, aimed at building clarity, confidence, and collaboration as we step into a new academic session.
The session focused on the latest CBSE curriculum changes, aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy — where learning goes beyond memorisation and moves towards application, competency, and real-life relevance.
Parents were taken through key highlights such as:
📘 Curriculum transformation – focusing on conceptual understanding over rote learning
📝 Revised exam patterns – with greater emphasis on case-based and analytical questions
📊 Strengthened internal assessments – ensuring continuous and holistic evaluation
📚 Subject updates – making learning more practical and interdisciplinary
💡 Skill-based learning – nurturing communication, critical thinking, and creativity
Through interactive discussion and real-life examples, the session helped parents understand how these changes will shape their child’s academic journey — not just for exams, but for life beyond the classroom.
🌿 Because education today is not just about knowing the answers, but about understanding, applying, and growing with confidence.
We thank our parent community for their enthusiastic participation and continued trust as we work together to nurture future-ready learners.
