Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti or Rabindra Jayanti is a cultural celebration to mark the birth anniversary of one of the most celebrated litterateurs in the world. Born to Debendranath Tagore and Sarada Devi, Rabindranath Tagore was also referred to as ‘Gurudev’, ‘Kabiguru’, and ‘Biswakabi’.
Celebrated annually and globally on May 7, Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti is celebrated on the 25th day of the Bengali month of Boishakh.

Kidzee Sector-D1 LDA Colony a Pot activity using multiple colours and sheet of paper. Kids used their handprints to make the flower stems. Kids not only actively participated but also enjoyed and learnt a lot.

Baisakhi is known as the harvest festival across India and it also marks the Punjabi and Sikh New Year. Baisakhi also marks the beginning of the harvest season in Punjab and North India. Farmers thank God for the year's harvest.

The term Holi brings colours, sweets, and joyful celebrations into our minds. Like most other festivals in India, Holi stages the concept of the triumph of good over evil and the celebrations and rituals depicting this central idea. Children and adults alike wait for Holi very eagerly with a spurting enthusiasm. Holi is also known as the Festival of Spring since it beacons the spring season through the celebrations. Holi is a popular observance in the country and Hindus of several states celebrate this festival with a great religious fervor. The Holi season also suggests the beginning of everything new and fresh raising the hopes and spirits of people.

Lohri, a festival that is celebrated at end of winter solstice marks the harvest of rabi crops. Kidzee Sector-D1 LDA Colony celebrated the zeal of this festival at the campus. Kids and teachers actively participated in the celebration.

The new year has ushered in a series of festivals, and one of them is Lohri. Every year, the festival is celebrated on January 13, a day before Makar Sankranti. The festival is mainly celebrated in North India — Punjab, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh — and people light a bonfire after sunset, seeking blessings, wearing traditional clothes, and distributing popcorn, rewadi and moongfali (groundnuts) as part of the festivities.
