In our Grade 6 Maths class today, students were introduced to a range of maths manipulatives such as dominoes, LEGO blocks, 3D shapes, geoboards, measuring tape, and geometry tools.

The session aimed to familiarize learners with these resources, which will be used throughout the year to support concepts like number operations, geometry, measurement, and spatial understanding. The learners—especially the new admissions—were visibly amazed and excited at the prospect of bringing Maths to life through these hands-on tools.

Our Cambridge Grades VII & VIII learners engaged in a dynamic School Safety Exchange with peers from Kang Chiao International School, Taiwan. Rooted in the spirit of the Cambridge curriculum, the session fostered critical thinking, collaboration, and global awareness as students exchanged perspectives on school safety systems, emergency preparedness, and bullying prevention.

It was inspiring to witness our learners confidently present their ideas, earning appreciation for our robust practices. With a close score of 21–20, the exchange reflected not just a win, but a shared commitment to building safer, more inclusive school environments.
