The CMS mission is to create a better future for all children. Their motto “Jai Jagat” has been the school's greeting from the beginning.

City Montessori School (CMS) is the world’s largest city-school with 21 campuses in the city of Lucknow. The school that began with 5 children in 1959 on a borrowed capital of 300 rupees, today has over 60,000 students from Montessori to Class XII. 🌍 What if the world were a classroom?

Imagine a global shift where headlines aren't about conflict but about curiosity. Where borders vanish, and in their place rise the Republic of Curiosity, the Kingdom of Discipline, and the Island of Creativity.

At CMS Rajajipuram I , our educators recently took the stage for a "peaceful takeover" of the World Parliament, rewriting the global script into The Great Global Lesson Plan. In this vision, teachers aren't just delivering lessons—they are the new heads of state, proving that the future shouldn't be negotiated at tables but nurtured in minds.

The New World Order 📜

> Our delegates didn't represent territories; they represented the values that endure:

> From Control to Growth: Moving away from systems that manage divisions to those that actively reduce them through understanding.

> Happiness over GDP: Measuring progress not in numbers, but in "smiles that don't need filters".

> Technology with Purpose: Guiding AI and digital tools to help us think better, not think for us.

> Radical Inclusion: Building a "proper table" where no identity is a special case and every voice belongs by design.

The Key Takeaway:

When we run the world like a well-run classroom—with patience, deep breaths, and a celebration of the "Why?"—the world doesn't fall apart. It finally begins to come together.

This isn't just a performance; it’s Vision 2028 in action. Our students are no longer seated at the edge of the conversation—they are at the centre of it, ready to lead a world that prioritises wisdom over power.

Because when teachers lead, the future finds its voice.

On the auspicious occasion of the third Bada Mangal of Jyeshtha, City Montessori School’s Head Office and QAID management as well as staff organised a grand Bhandara on Dr Jagdish Gandhi Marg, bringing together citizens, staff members and devotees in a spirit of harmony, service and togetherness.

The programme commenced with the worship and aarti of Lord Hanuman Ji, led by our beloved CMS Founder-Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi; CMS Manager, Professor Geeta Gandhi Kingdon; and Head QAID, Ms Reena Soti. Can today’s youth truly engage in deep, purposeful conversations without distractions and emerge stronger?

At City Montessori School’s Junior Youth Empowerment Programme (JYEP), over 500 students from Grades 10 & 12, supported by 100 dedicated facilitators, proved exactly that. Far beyond entertainment, these young minds discovered the transformative power of an orderly mind: searching for patterns, mastering focus, prioritising time, and seeing tasks through to completion.

This wasn’t just an intellectual conference — it was a powerful movement of personal growth, meaningful discovery, and genuine human connection. Through intense study and joyful fellowship, these young leaders forged lasting friendships while equipping themselves to solve complex problems and build a better civilisation.

At CMS, we don’t just educate — we empower the next generation with purpose, discipline, and vision. The future isn’t something they wait for — they are actively creating it.
